Classes

Develops balance, strength and flexibility through floor exercise and tumbling movements with the aid of mats.

Dress Attire: Black biker shorts, black leotard, and tan convertible tights.

Hair: Bun

Ballet & Pre-Pointe:  

Develops grace, poise, body alignment and discipline through ballet technique. Ballet is considered to be the foundation of all artistic dance. Recommended for ages 6+.

Dress Attire: Black leotard, pink tights, and pink stretch ballet slippers. (Male dancers - black ballet slippers*)

Hair: Bun

Pointe:

Classical ballet technique wearing pointe shoes. This class is by invitation only, 2 additional ballet classes a week required.

Dress Attire: Black leotard, pink tights, and pink pointe shoes.  See Pointe instructor before purchasing pointe shoes.

Hair: Bun

6-8 Year Olds:

Introduction to dance designed to develop coordination, grace, and flexibility involving ballet, tap and jazz.

Dress Attire: Black Leotard (without skirt), tights of any color, pink stretch ballet slippers , and black tap shoes.  No skirts allowed. 

 Male Dancers:  White t-shirt, black dance pants or black shorts and black ballet and tap shoes.  

Hair: Bun 

Intensive movements incorporating different styles of ballet and jazz with a classical foundation. Recommended for students who have a good ballet and jazz foundation.

Dress Attire: Black biker shorts, black leotard, tan convertible tights, and turners/lyrical shoes.*

Hair: Bun

Introduction to dance designed to develop coordination, grace, and flexibility involving ballet, tap, and creative movement. Recommended for 3-5 year olds.

Dress Attire: Leotard (without skirt), tights of any color, pink stretch ballet slippers and black tap shoes.* No skirts allowed.  

  Male Dancers:  White t-shirt, black dance pants or black shorts and black ballet and tap shoes.   

Hair: Bun 

Street style of dance; movement includes elements of popping, locking, footwork, freezes and video choreography. Recommended for ages 6+.

Dress Attire: Dance shorts, dance pants or sweat pants, t-shirt and Pastry Sweet Sneakers or Glam Pie Glitter Black Sneakers. *  

Hair: Bun 

Free form movement and stylized technique through the use of isolation and syncopated movements performed to contemporary music. 

Recommended for ages 6+

Dress Attire: Black biker shorts, black leotard, tan tights, and tan jazz boots (male dancers - Black Jazz boots* )

Interprets the lyrics or mood (intent) of music using a combination of ballet, modern, and jazz technique. Recommended for students who have a good ballet foundation. 1 ballet class a week required.

Abstract movement which increases flexibility, strength and control of various parts of the body. Recommended for students who have a good ballet foundation.

MUSICAL THEATER

Designed to portray a character of a broadway play or movie musical song through the use of dance, acting, and singing.

Recommended for ages 6+.

 Dress Attire: Black biker shorts, black leotard, convertible tights, and tan jazz boots (Male dancers black Jazz  boots* ). 

Hair: Bun

Introduction to dance designed to develop coordination, grace, and flexibility involving creative movement.

Recommended for 18 Months -3  year olds.

Dancer Dress Attire: Leotard, tights of any color, pink stretch ballet slippers.

Male Dancers:  White t-shirt, black dance pants or black shorts and black ballet shoes.  

Mommy Dress Attire: Clothes that are easy to move in and socks or dance shoes (no street shoes allowed in the studio) .

Hair: Bun 

Concentrates on rhythm and tap technique. 

Recommended for ages 6+.

Dress Attire: Black biker shorts, black leotard, tan tights, and black lace-up, full sole, any brand. (Males - Black above listed tap shoes* ).

 A body conditioning and strength-building class that focuses on the muscle memory development dancers need to excel as artists and avoid common injuries.
